CartFirst let me introduce myself, My name is Talmadge Almand, I am a CCIE Voice #20901, thanks in part to the great experience of IPexpert and their sister company, Proctor Labs.
For this my first blog as a Voice OSL, I would like to give some history as to my training and experience; I have 20 years of voice experience with a world class service provider, in that time, I have attained numerous certifications in the DATA field primarily with Cisco and of course moved from the traditional telephony world to VOIP, I have been working with Cisco Voip for nearly 10 years with the same service provider.
