		<description>As always - it depends. Configuring any kind of QoS (and storm control is a rudimentary QoS tool) rquires careful planning and implementation. You would need to establish a baseline - what constitutes &quot;normal traffic&quot; in your network and what are normal oscillations from this value. Armed with that information, you may proceed to plan the implementation. 

Since all networks are different, there is really no &quot;magic&quot; value.
