Today’s topic is going to be the desktop phone control from Cisco Personal Communicator Client, CUPC, via CTI and its configuration both in CUPS and CUCM.
As many of you are aware of, the CUCP’s CTI phone control is performed directly from the presence client itself via CTI/QBE interface, in other words the CUCP talks to the CUCM CTI Service to control the designated desktop phone, there’s no intervention of the CUPS in the process.
