I’m working with support and our web team – some accounts aren’t eligible for it because of various reasons, but if you’ve purchased it – you’ll get it before the end of the day Monday. Regarding the “Solution Guide” (Detailed Solution Workbook) – it’s getting a MAJOR overhaul and will be in accounts within the next 3 weeks. In the meantime, please use http://www.OnlineStudyList.com for all questions / technical comments, etc. Thanks! – Wayne
